Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide real property management services, including, but not limited to, the oversight, operation, leasing, maintenance, repair, clearing and demolition of real property including residential, commercial, agricultural and vacant real property(Work) as requested by the ACM through Task Orders (TO) for properties acquired for the California highspeed rail system (System) located in the central valley of California, including the counties of Madera, Fresno, Tulare, Kings, and Kern (Central Valley) as defined in the 2020 Business Plan found at https://hsr.ca.gov/about/high-speed-rail-business-plans/2020-business-plan/#. While the primary location of the Work will be in the Central Valley, the Authority may need Work to be completed in other counties within the State on an as-need basis.
