Counseling services 3. Education and vocational programs 4. Employment opportunities 5. Alcohol and drug treatment 6. Health, wellness, fitness and nutrition programs and services 7. Personal finance and consumer skills programs and services 8. Personal growth and development programs to reduce recidivism
