Specifications include, but are not limited to: Sourcing community-based organizations qualified to provide reentry services to inmates resentenced and released from prison pursuant to the prosecutor-initiated resentencing pilot program. The services include but are not limited to: 1. Preparing prerelease reentry plans 2. Housing assistance 3. Individual or group assistance with basic life skills, life coaching 4. Academic and educational services (including those which enable a recipient to earn a high school diploma) 5. Job training skills and employment (including entrepreneurship and apprentice opportunities) 6. Reentry and reintegration assistance 7. Support group services 8. Mental health services 9. Therapy, including trauma-based therapy 10. Substance abuse services 11. Individual or group assistance with referrals for any of the following 12. Mental and physical health assessments 13. Counseling services 14. Education and vocational programs 15. Employment opportunities 16. Alcohol and drug treatment 17. Health, wellness, fitness and nutrition programs and services 18. Personal finance and consumer skills programs and services 19. Personal growth and development programs to reduce recidivism
