Specifications include, but are not limited to: (1). The Contractor will perform all necessary tasks to gather information about the project as required by the insurance companies to solicit insurance quotes which may require the Contractor to report site conditions and characteristics. The Contractor will provide submission materials to the Authority Contract Manager (ACM) for review and approval prior to distribution to underwriters. (2). The Contractor will perform data gathering including, but not limited to, details on project scope, location characteristics, estimated construction value and payrolls necessary to prepare underwriting submissions to general liability and excess liability insurance markets. The Contractor will provide submission materials to the ACM for review and approval prior to distribution to underwriters. (3). The Contractor will develop appropriate specifications for General Liability (GL) and excess liability coverage providing the broadest available protection and appropriate extensions of coverage. (4). The Contractor will identify and present to available insurance markets underwriting submissions including specifications for coverages. The Contractor will request all program policies be quoted net of commission. (5). The Contractor will receive and evaluate insurer proposals, prepare, and submit a written analysis to the ACM. Identify the best insurance solutions, including, but is not limited to, appropriate coverage, policy limits, and riskfinancing structure. The Contractor will provide copies of all quotations and declinations. a. Full disclosure of contingent commission arrangements shall be required.
