Purpose The San Bernardino County, Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (County), is seeking Proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to provide Rubrik backup and recovery solution that will provide ARMC with a resilient protection system for archived data. The number of awards will be determined by the quality of the proposals received. B. PROJECT DESCRIPTION 1. ARMC is procuring equipment, software, support and professional services for a Rubrik backup and recovery solution that will provide the hospital with a resilient protection system for archived data. The Rubrik system is designed in a way that will provide ARMC with more Cybersecurity safeguards from Ransomware and unknown security threats. This system is needed to aid our ongoing efforts to secure and protect data. 2. Deliverables/Requirements: Proposer must be able to provide the following components for Rubrik Backup Solution 300TB containing hardware and support. a. Support: i. 300 – Rubrik Enterprise Edition license + Premium Support – 1 backend TB (5 years) ii. 2 – Rubrik Premium Support Services (5 years) c. Subscription i. 200 – Rubrik Cloud Vault backup + Premium Support License (5 years) d. Services: i. 2 – Rubrik 4-day virtual training ii. 1 – Rubrik Professional Services remote installation/configuration up to 8 BRIKS
