Vendor to provide labor, equipment, and supplies to repair and/or replace the following at Point Dume Restroom #2 (7103 Westward Beach Rd., Malibu, CA 90265): Replace four (4) floats within 3,000 gallon primary tank of Advantex AX-RT Two-Stage Recirc and Filter System Repair and/or replace wiring and make watertight connections within 3,000 gallon primary tank of Advantex AX-RT Two-Stage Recirc and Filter System Replace PVC Check valve relief and piping within 3,000 gallon primary tank of Advantex AX-RT Two-Stage Recirc and Filter System Replace four (4) floats within 1,000 gallon dosing tank of Advantex AX-RT Two-Stage Recirc and Filter System Repair and/or replace wiring and make watertight connections within 1,000 gallon dosing tank of Advantex AX-RT Two-Stage Recirc and Filter System Replace PVC Check valve relief and piping within 1,000 gallon dosing tank of Advantex AX-RT Two-Stage Recirc and Filter System Use hose attached to vacuum truck to pump out approximately 3,000 gallons of septic waste (liquid and solid) from the primary tank and 1,000 gallons of liquid waste from the recirculation tank within septic system located at Point Dume 2. Use hydro-jet, as needed, to break up solid waste for disposal. Transport containerized, waste to approved treatment, storage, and disposal facility (TSDF) Provide Department with copy of non-hazardous or hazardous waste manifest (whichever is applicable) Work can only take place Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm, so as to minimize interruption to the public. All work shall be coordinated with DBH contract administrator before the project begins.
