Specifications include, but are not limited to: Bidder must act on behalf of the Department of Children and family Services staff (social workers, supervisors or administrators) to remove personal information from the internet on behalf of law enforcement officials. • Bidder must provide the Department of Children and Family Services with a clear report detailing their data removal process, methodologies and techniques. • Bidder must remove the following personal information from various sources on the internet: o Home address o Phone numbers o Identifying images on Google Maps, and o People search websites and databases. • Bidder must provide quarterly reports to the Department of Children and Family Services detailing the progress and outcomes of their data removal efforts. These quarterly reports shall include: o Total number of data removal requests for that quarter and year-to-date; o Types of personal identifying information removed; and o The sources from which the personal identifying information was extracted.
