Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Any platform used by the Contractor to provide services shall comply with the provisions of Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and other Federal and California laws with respect to confidential information. 2. Contractor warrants that if Contractor uses software or a software application to provide educational services, Contractor has received approval from the District’s UDIPP process prior to performing any services using software/a software application. 3. Any and all services to students under this Agreement shall be provided Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 am – 4:00 pm Pacific Time during non-instructional time. Specific days and times will be specified in the Purchase order issued. 4. No virtual services or communications shall be provided without supervision and verification of student identity by Certificated District staff. Any email communications shall include the student’s parent and District staff. Contractor shall reschedule in the event the School’s designated supervisor is not available for previously scheduled services. 5. Contractor shall not take photographs of students or record students via audio or video at any time for any reason. 6. Contractor shall not collect personally identifiable information, request students or parents to participate in surveys or evaluations, or recruit or solicit additional participants through students or parents 7. Contractor shall comply with District’s Code of Conduct with Students, attached hereto as Attachment F. 8. Contractor acknowledges that student work products belong to the students, and Contractor shall not use, publish, distribute or create derivative work of District students’ work product in any manner.
