A. Renovation of selected inmate housing cells throughout the jail facility. Work in selected cells (as indicated in the Scope Documents) may include: 1) Demolition/removal of concrete desk and stool 2) Installation of new wall-mounted desk and stool 3) Removal and replacement of penal bubbler at sink 4) Installation of ladder 5) Gap in-fill in space between top bunk bed and wall/window 6) Removal and replacement of shower heads at showers rooms (in each pod) 7) Painting of cell interiors where work is performed B. Installation of penal bubblers at drinking fountains located in common areas of selected housing units. C. Removal and replacement of detention locks in three (3) housing units. D. Removal and replacement of detention locks in administration/processing area. E. Preparation, painting touch up, and finish clean in all work areas.
