Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor's Full Business Name (to be completed by the Authority), hereafter referred to as the Contractor, agrees to provide the California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform installation, maintenance, inspections, repair, and miscellaneous services for the security/fire alarm system at the Central Valley Regional Headquarter Buildings for the term of this Agreement. Install new equipment. Check wiring, wiring connections and all other standard system components. Perform equipment adjustments as necessary Perform overall and complete system checks, equipment inspections, and equipment and systems tests. All prior alarm company decals shall be removed from doors and windows and new alarm company decals with telephone number shall be placed on the doors and windows upon installation of the system.
