Turn out lights, laundryrooms, library, hallway and etc. 8.Log maintenance request, (things that can wait until the next day), light bulbs that areburnt out in hallways and etc.9.When ambulance or emergency crew show up for emergency, lock out elevator forgurney. Open door to apartment and help emergency crew and log. 10.Keep record of all emergency activities on notebook. (Time, date who, why, who cameout and who called. 11.Unplug phone from lobby jack after shift. Secure security drawer and reports. 12.Any car broken down in parking lot and hasn't been moved in 72 hours, tag withviolation. 13.Call Bakersfield Police Department if needed. Please log. 14.Do not let people that do not live at Plaza Towers in the building after hours. They cancall the tenant on the code-a-phone in order to come in. 15.Do not loan any Housing Authority equipment to tenants or family or friends, to usetools, and etc. The flat bed dolly can be used in order for the tenant to move out or inbut only let the tenant use it and be sure it is locked up in the closet before leaving your shift. 16.If tenant is locked out of apartment, you can let them in once verification has beenmade they live there. Log it for the manager, so we can charge the tenant for a lock-out. 17.Enforce the rules of the pool table, smoking rules, visitor rules, parking area, and etc.18.Log all incidents that you see or don't see about damages or messes made by tenants orguests.
