The Contractor shall provide: ● A minimum of two (2) unarmed security personnel per shift ● Trained staff who are knowledgeable in protecting property ● A vehicle for security officers to patrol the designated areas and make rounds of inspection ● Personnel with identifiable security uniforms; The Contractor shall provide unarmed security personnel to: ● Guard District property (outdoor education center) and protects staff by making prescribed rounds of inspection. ● Patrol an outdoor education center and prevent violations or unsafe activities. ● Prevent entry or report the presence of unauthorized persons on grounds or in buildings who are in violation of laws and ordinances affecting the District. ● Remain alert for and reports fire hazards and combustible and waste materials, extinguishes small blazes, and identifies non-working alarms. ● Investigate unusual conditions, notifies proper persons or agencies, and takes immediate emergency action when leaks or malfunctions in plumbing, electrical, heating, or other equipment are detected to reduce danger and prevent possible damage. ● Provide District staff with a daily shift report ● Provide Los Angeles School Police Department (LASPD) with security updates and reports at the beginning and end of every shift...
