Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Senior Center Transportation - Contractor shall provide transportation for seniors in the service area between their residences and the Dorothy Visser Senior Center located at 117 Avenida Victoria. There will be no service on weekends or holidays. Seniors residing in San Clemente can be picked up and dropped off to and from their homes from the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. This service shall be curb-to-curb, however for frail seniors, seniors in wheelchairs, elderly or by request the service shall be door-to-door. Hours of service will be subject to change in the City’s sole discretion based on demand or to improve productivity. 2. Contractor shall provide transportation for seniors in the geographic area between their residences and within the City of San Clemente for the following: • Grocery Stores • Medical Appointments (Non-Emergency) • Personal Care • Amusement Park • Aquarium/zoo • Beach/Park • Charity/Social Group event • Community Cultural Event • Education/Employment • Family/Friends • Funeral/Memorial Service • Government office/Services • Library/Museum/Historical Site • Movies/Theater/concert • Religious institutions • Restaurant...
