Specifications include, but are not limited to: The 2020 Electronic Payments Section Consultant Assistance Bench under Service Category E: Communication and Customer Information Services and the 2020 Website Support Services Bench under Service Category B: Website Design, Development and Enhancement Services, to assist BATA with the FasTrak® Website Services. TConsultant shall assist staff in implementing changes to the current Bay Area FasTrak® website. These could include implementing recommendations from a spring 2021 usability study, implementing new translation methods, creating a content management system, creating search functionality, and conducting additional user studies. Consultant may also assist staff with content changes to the website.
