Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Equipment leased shall be equivalent to a CAT 938 Front End Loader, or CAT 924 Front End Loader; or CAT 950 Front End Loader, or equal, with an Articulating blade. Leased front end loader will be delivered to CHP Donner Pass CVEF with snow chains included and installed on all 4 tires. B. Contractor agrees to provide a 200-gallon double wall portable diesel fuel storage tank with leak pan under it. Contractor will be responsible to fill the portable diesel fuel storage tank with red dye diesel fuel when delivering it to Donner Pass CVEF. Contractor will refill tank when requested by CHP Donner Pass CVEF Facilities contact at the rate listed in Exhibit B. C. Contractor agrees to provide DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) in a double wall portable fuel storage tank with leak pan under it. Contractor will be responsible to fill the portable fuel storage tank with DEF, when delivering it to Donner Pass CVEF. Contractor will refill tank when requested by CHP Donner Pass CVEF Facilities contact at the rate listed in Exhibit Equipment provided by the Contractor shall be in good working order upon acceptance by the CHP Donner Pass CVEF representative/designee. D. Equipment provided by the Contractor shall be in good working order upon acceptance by the CHP Donner Pass CVEF representative/designee. E. Contractor shall provide rented equipment during the anticipated snow season starting October 1st through May 31st. CHP will only pay for the months the equipment is on site at the Donner Pass CVEF, located at 12800 Interstate 80, Truckee, CA 96161.
