1) The State of California, Department of General Services (DGS), Facilities Management Division (FMD) manages, maintains and operates state building and grounds statewide, pursuant to Government Code Section 14685(a) and SAM 1330, which authorizes DGS to establish rules and regulations for the government and maintenance of state buildings and grounds. FMD is procuring equipment rental services for multiple facilities on state property. 2) The Bidder shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, permits, licenses, insurance, transportation, travel and per diem, and every other item of expense necessary to provide construction equipment rental services, at the various FMD statewide locations, on an as needed basis as described in the Sample Standard Agreement (Std. 213) and Exhibits, IFB Attachment 10. 3) The various locations for services are contained on IFB Attachment 10, Exhibit A, Attachment 1, List of Buildings and Delivery Locations. The delivery locations may change and shall not require an amendment to this Agreement.
