Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Authority is issuing this RFQ to receive Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms (Offerors) for Station Delivery Support and Planning Technical Services. The purpose of this RFQ is to award one contract to the successful Offeror (Consultant) to provide technical expertise, guidance, and administrative support for station delivery support and technical planning services; The selected Offeror may be working with the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA), California State Transportation Agency (CalSTA), Strategic Growth Council (SGC), Air Resources Board (ARB), Governor’s Office of Planning and Research (OPR), California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), California Association of Governments (CALCOG), Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs), other partnering agencies, and Authority consultants/contractors.
