Specifications include, but are not limited to: The objective of this request for bid is to secure services of a technical writer who willresearch, write, edit, organize and proof content; select, optimize and place pictures; anddo the design layout to produce a technical report that details a multi-objective planguiding the long term strategic investment of public funds in the county in floodprotection, water supply reliability and stream stewardship. While the District willprovide project information, the technical writer may have to gather information andconsult staff, including subject matter experts and engineers, and go through transcriptsof input provided by the community and stakeholders. The District will provide mapsand graphs, as well as some pictures, which may need to be optimized. The content willbe reviewed by District staff and there could be as many as five rounds of revisions priorto the draft report
