The concessionaire will assist in providing an enjoyable experience to park guests with food and beverage options made available for purchase. Concessions operations include staffing, food services, inventory control, stock management, menu creation, point of sale software management, custodial duties, enforcement of Alameda County Health Department requirements, record keeping, and communications between the concessionaire and The City of Dublin.
