Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide towing services and storage of vehicles as directed by the County. In addition, the following services and supplies will be included by the contractor; a proper storage facility, labor, materials, equipment, machinery, and tools . The contractor shall comply with all state laws and regulations in relation to towing, impounding, storage, and selling or junking of vehicles . All applicable permits and licensing fees shall be in effect at all times during this contract. Towing Services and Duties - When directed by the County, it will be the contractor's duty to provide prompt tow service for vehicles taken into custody by the County, involved in collisions or disabled by any other cause, abandoned in public places or private property, impounded for evidence, impeding the flow of traffic, or for any reason within the jurisdiction of the Orange County Sheriffs Department (OCSD).
