Task 1: Review and Understand Existing Applications - For all three above-mentioned Project sites, the City has received approvals to the PGE NEM2 program. The deadline to comply with NEM2 program is April 14, 2026. Therefore, the City is setting a deadline of March 31, 2026 to complete all the work associated with this Project, including obtaining final permits for all sites from PCE and/or PGE. The Consultant should review these applications and be familiar with all the application requirements. In addition, the City also received an ECAA loan from CEC. The Consultant should comply with the ECAA loan requirements. Task 2: Perform Site Survey - Perform site visits of all the Project sites and conduct necessary surveys of the facilities. These visits are essential to obtain an understanding of the project sites. The City’s team will facilitate these visits. These visits will also provide a good understanding of survey needs. The site survey should cover all the surveys required for this project including but not limited to, dimensions for access, utility and other infrastructure surveys. Task 3: Identify Data Needs - The Consultant shall identify data needs that are essential for successful completion of the Project.
