Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project proposed by the school of Theater, Film and Television includes renovation of an existing theater room 1330, adjacent offices room 1306 and restrooms room 1316 and 1318 totaling 3,500 assignable square feet (asf) located on the 1st floor, west wing, of Macgowan Hall building. The remodeled spaces will provide a newly designed theater space which will provide larger stage platform, adding a backstage area adjacent to the stage, and full re-fresh of both men’s and women’s restrooms, bringing new sprinkler main to the building, and refresh of corridor. Theater scope includes new mechanical HVAC unit, duct work, lighting and controls, fire sprinklers, fire alarm devices, A/V and theatrical lighting equipment, stage curtains, new wall and ceiling finishes which includes acoustical treatment, new flooring, and technical booth.
