1. Contractor(s) must possess five (5) years of experience in providing unarmed security guard services. 2. Contractor(s) must be licensed by the State of California Department of Consumer Affairs (SCDCA), and the unarmed security guards assigned must be registered with the SCDCA. 3. Contractor must provide all necessary labor, supplies, supervision, tools, equipment, transportation and all effort required to provide the services under this Contract. All Contractor’s personnel must be adequately trained and possess all the necessary licenses and/or certifications as required. 4. Contractor must comply with all the applicable provisions of the Federal Fair Labor Law Standards Act regarding payment of over the overtime laws and regulations of the State of California. Overtime must be authorized by the County department Project Manager or designee. 5. Unarmed security guards must be a legal resident of the United States.
