The City owns and maintains three parking lots at three ferry terminals: Alameda Seaplane: 1701 Ferry Point Road, Alameda Harbor Bay: 215 Adelphian Way, Alameda, CA 94502 Main Street Alameda: 2990 Main St., Alameda The City is responsible for the landside assets at the ferry terminals and San Francisco Bay Ferry for the waterside assets. The City will start charging for parking at Harbor Bay and Alameda Seaplane and as part of that launch, will also begin providing parking lot security services. Starting April 15, the City is seeking a designated security guard at Harbor Bay for 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Specific hours will be determined with the awarded vendor. Starting July 1, the City is seeking a designated security guard for 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, that will be at both Alameda Seaplane and Main Street Alameda. The security guard must have a vehicle for this assignment. Specific hours will be determined with the awarded vendor.
