A. Assist County staff, County Counsel, Bond Counsel and Municipal Advisor team in structuring and executing legal financial transactions. B. Participate in the review of all legal documents for authorization, issuance and sale/placement of the transaction. C. Review County cash flow statements and prepare variance analysis consistent with expected questions from rating and investor credit analysts. D. Review appropriate taxable and tax-exempt market supply and demand variables in connection with the transaction. E. Assist County and financing team in securing credit ratings. F. Monitor market conditions and provide recommendations regarding the timing of the transaction pricing. G. Assist County with investor outreach calls and meetings with principal retail/institutional investors. H. Advise staff on matters relevant to the scope of work and transaction underwriting, prepare and present reports to County staff, Public Financing Advisory Committee and members of the Orange County Board of Supervisors, and assist with due diligence and disclosure processes. I. Provide other customary underwriting services.
