The Napa Valley Transportation Authority (NVTA) seeks proposals for professional audiovisual services for design, procurement, and installation of audio visual (AV)equipment for a conference room that also serves as a transit employee TrainingRoom at its Vine Bus Maintenance Facility. This facility is located at 101 Sheehy CtNapa, CA 94558. The room is approximately 37 ft by 26 1/2 ft, with a partition that can divide theroom into two 18 X 26 ½ (approximately) size rooms. See ATTACHMENT 1“Communications As-Builts” and ATTACHMENT 2, “Fire Detection and Alarms AsBuilts” for building plans, including as built electrical and network connections onour website at Procurement and Contracts - NVTA (ca.gov). The AV system shall have the ability to: 1) Accommodate a meeting in the full room with microphone coverage for 12-15people, audio for an audience of 40-50 people, incorporating AV with videoconferencing capability. 2) Accommodate simultaneous meetings when the room is divided into twosmaller rooms. Each room shall have the independent ability to utilize AVcomponents outlined above, including video conferencing capability. The system shall have the ability to connect with an existing wireless enabled fixed projector that projects to a wall-mounted screen on the east side of the room. The wireless hardware currently in use to cast to the projector is ClickShare CX-30 Gen 2 – US version with two buttons by Barco. The equipment controller must be user friendly, accessible by laptop, and require minimal training for use. Any unattached equipment must be portable and easy to maneuver i.e., on a cart with wheels to allow storage in a locked room when not in use.
