1. Provide ACCESS Paratransit Service as described in this Scope of Work and in compliance with VTA’s operating policies and all applicable local, county, state, and federal laws and regulations. 2. Recruit, hire, and train all personnel including management, supervisors, staff, and vehicle operators (“Vehicle Operators”) necessary to operate the service. 3. Provide, either directly or through subcontract arrangement(s), for the operation of Supplemental ACCESS Paratransit Services. 4. Confirm all reports, documents, on–demand Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) scheduling data and invoices are 100% reconciled against AVL/GPS tracking systems, driver trip sheets, and On-demand ERP system’s Tracker Action notes. Contractor must confirm that all information is true, accurate, and correct. 5. Meet all safety and health standards in accordance with federal, state, and local guidelines. 6. Investigate all accidents/incidents and unsafe practices immediately upon notification by customer, Contractor’s staff, VTA’s staff, or other third-party. Cooperate with all law enforcement agencies in their investigations as necessary and appropriate. 7. Immediately report by phone to VTA’s Regional Transportation Services Department (RTS) any vehicle accident in which operator or passenger injury is sustained followed by a written report.
