Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide the Vendor’s methodology to complete the tasks described in the Statement of Work, including specific industry standards and best practices that will be followed. Include descriptions of the following: • field production system, including the types and number of camera equipment used (e.g., robotic, tape-feed digital cameras or both). • types of source mixing boards; audio equipment (including types and number of available microphones); and FM headsets or other devices for the hearing impaired. • information related to how signal redundancy is captured in order to protect against any type of malfunction. • a description of the encoding and/or streaming components used within their solution. • any ancillary equipment generally used by the Vendor for meeting facilitation. 2. Provide a description of the Vendor’s web streaming components and encoding/streaming processes, including options for lack of/failure of Internet connectivity in a venue. In addition, the Vendor must provide a description of its server storage capability, a description of its disaster recovery plan (backup and recovery within a 24-hour period) in the event of server crash/failure, ability to stream utilizing HTTPS, and explain how links to archived materials will be provided to the Authority. 3. Describe how the Vendor plans to interact with the client and stakeholders, specifically noting the Vendor’s expectations to ensure a constructive working relationship and successful outcomes. 4. Provide a description of how the Vendor’s staffing will be managed throughout the Agreement to ensure the continuity and availability of qualified resources. Include a description of the team that will be available to support the services described in the Statement of Work.
