1. Evaluate the current program’s effectiveness and efficiency and identify areas of improvement 2. Develop and facilitate effective recruitment opportunities and strategies to expand the pool of potential animals and guardians 3. Develop SFO site-specific assessment and standards that uphold the highest quality of volunteer evaluation 4. Assist and streamline the processes for recruiting, evaluating, onboarding, and scheduling volunteers 5. Create and execute Airport, Airline and employee WAG Brigade events and new non-aeronautical revenue opportunities (e.g. Wag Brigade merchandise) 6. Develop a comprehensive framework outlining the policies, standards, and strategic direction for the Wag Brigade at SFO, ensuring its long-term success and alignment with the airport's mission, including changes to its size, scope, or approach. 7. Determine and document the minimum physical space requirements to set up a designated area for the program to welcome and greet visitors.
