Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Deliver and install water dispensing stations: The Contractor shall provide water delivery services to a minimum of 40 DIR offices at the locations outlined in Exhibit A, Attachment 1 – Locations. Each office will need the number of water dispensing stations listed at the locations provided in Exhibit A, Attachment 1 - Locations. The Contractor shall deliver the water dispensing stations to each location and install the stations, if installation is required. 2. Monthly delivery of 5-gallon bottles of water: Each office shall receive a monthly delivery of 5-gallon bottles of water as needed. Offices with multiple water dispensing stations will need to have bottles delivered to each station. All products offered shall meet all regulatory requirements of the California Department of Public Health regarding water quality and labeling. If the 5-gallon bottles of water delivered do not meet these regulatory requirements, DIR has the right to refuse the product and the Contractor shall be responsible for the immediate replacement of that item(s) at no cost to DIR. DIR will place an order each month that shall specify how many bottles of water need to be delivered and will include a breakdown of how many bottles will be needed at each water dispensing station. 3. Retrieval of empty bottles: The Contractor shall retrieve empty 5-gallon bottles of water from each water station each month.
