Specifications include, but are not limited to: Aesthetically professional and consistent graphic design elements for a new website that provides ease of resources to users; Incorporate responsive web design, which optimizes viewing on all devices’ Adherence to all legal and current American with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance guidelines throughout the course of the contract, including but not limited to: o Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1) o Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 o Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title II o 28 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 35.160 Support for modern browsers with compatibility for older browsers at least 2 versions old; The final product should meet or exceed industry standards (e.g., Google Core Web Vitals) for load time, responsiveness, and interactivity
