Specifications include, but are not limited to: An experienced website management contractor to design, develop and manage TCA’s website as well as provide strategic planning services related to user experience and overall online presence. The Proposer must have deep technical knowledge of: server and client-based web technologies; user interface and interactive design; and modern web/multi-media technology. The desired technical experience of the Proposer includes the following: • Experience in concept development for the web • Expert knowledge of HTML5/CSS3 • jQuery, JavaScript, AJAX, and JSON experience required • Expert understanding of PHP and MySQL • Working knowledge of Umbraco setup, configuration, and maintenance • Experience in responsive programming • Experience with Amazon Web Services • Current with latest styles and plugins across the web • Knowledge of server-side processes • Knowledge of ADA compliance and remediation • Experience in backup, restoration, and relocation to different host of entire website
