Specifications include, but are not limited to: Develop and deliver a flexible, user-friendly, high performance and visuallyappealing website subject to CSAC’s approval. The Contractor may be asked to modify each website’s design until CSAC final approval and acceptance. Redesign the websites to ensure visitors with disabilities are able to effectively understand, navigate, and interact with the website. Ensure a consistent look and feel, including color schemes and graphic elements to unify the website based on collaboration with CSAC staff. Conform to a mobile and tablet responsive website design compliant with State of California guidelines (optimal viewing experience, navigation, resizing/panning/scrolling across a wide range of devices, etc.). Improve information architecture to support simple navigation of the site to key CSAC services, encouraging visitors to return while capturing analytics. Implement approved methodology regarding information and content management; this includes but is not limited to the approach to organization and management of pages, documents, images, libraries, and archives. Future growth, new content, and/or additional sub-sites need to be taken into consideration to ensure consistency and standardization. Require Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for each website portal and formalize use of web social networking tools. Meet with CSAC Project Manager (PM) and/or Chief Information Officer (CIO) no less than on a weekly basis or more often as requested. Inform PM or CIO of time off and keep MS Outlook Calendar updated.
