Specifications include, but are not limited to: There are multiple services needed that fall under different Programs, as described below. Proposers may apply to provide services under one or more of the Programs. Program 1: “Martha’s Place Service Enhancement Program” (SEP) SLOBHD is seeking proposals for the provision of family advocacy to support families of children ages birth to five (0-5). SEP advocate(s) will operate out of Martha’s Place, a Countyoperated children’s assessment and treatment center. Program 2: “School and Family Empowerment” (SAFE) SLOBHD is seeking proposals to strengthen academic growth and community success for community school students who are significantly impacted by symptoms of serious mental illness/serious emotional disturbance by providing on campus mental health support. Program 3: “Positive Development Program” SLOBHD is seeking proposals for the provision of side-by-side facilitation of the “I Can Problem Solve” curriculum with private childcare programs primarily serving pre-school aged children. Program 4: “In-Home Educator” SLOBHD is seeking proposals for the provision of in-home or teleconference parent education services, using evidence-based curriculum, and assessments of families to identify immediate needs to be met to stabilize the family.
