Task 1–Develop Integrated Outreach Strategies and Collateral The Proposer will assist ZWPA Staff to: A. Develop an annual outreach plan with ZWPA staff at the start of each contract year. The proposer will assist staff in strategizing how to reach target audiences with specific outreach message and leveraging the annual outreach budget using diverse media platforms B. Incorporate the use of CBSM and behavior change strategies (e.g., identify barriers/benefits and use commitments, prompts, norms, and incentives) C. Multi-cultural marketing – adapting campaigns to address the interests and concerns of various cultural and socio-economic groups D. Goal tracking – create evaluation metrics during campaign planning and gather metrics throughout implementation to measure performance E. Create outreach materials for specific campaigns and provide graphic design services to include: 1. Utility bill inserts, print ads, digital ads, factsheets, newspaper articles, blog posts, displays, brochures, etc. 2. Promotional items for the community, schools, special events, and businesses. 3. Customized illustrations and artwork for a variety of formats (e.g., displays, brochures) 4. High-resolution photographs with a regional context (including original photography if needed) 5. Images, charts, infographics and graphs clearly explaining complicated information or a compelling call to action
