Retrofit Requirements: 1. Single metal spray rig frame: a. The frame must be made of metal. b. The frame must be bolted to the base of the truck. c. The frame must fit within the truck bed size of 82.62 inches x 62.00 inches, with the truck bed width dimensions reduced to 51.62 inches at the wheel housings. 3 2. Tanks: a. One 150-gallon round, polycarbonate tank or fiberglass tank. b. One 50-gallon round, polycarbonate tank or fiberglass tank. c. Both tanks must be operated by using an electric engine/pump. d. Each tank must have a digital sight gauge to measure the amount of product. e. A 50-gallon tank suction of the pump must generate pressure sufficient to treat a 30-foot-tall tree. A 150-gallon tank pump/engine must be able to maintain a constant minimum flow rate of 3.5 gallons per minute (GPM) for an eight-hour day to apply soil drench product. Pump should be similar or better than PUMPTEC 350U-190/M88230. 3. Hood, Shell, or Truck Bed Cover: a. Install a locking protective cover (enclosed camper) that encompasses and shields/protects spray rig components prone to deteriorate due to environmental factors such as repeated sun exposure and moisture, as well as preventing equipment and supplies from theft or tampering
