Contractor shall provide as-needed media services for the County of San Diego Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA), Public Health Services (PHS). Contractor shall work with PHS to implement public awareness campaigns involving the prevention of COVID-19, infectious diseases, and other public health responses. The goal of the project is to increase awareness of HHSA programs, services resources, and promote public health responses with community members, while focusing on health equity and culturally appropriate messaging and materials. Contractor shall also provide creative and effective multimedia products and services. These may include various forms of multimedia such as text, audio, graphics, video, and interactive content and will be requested for all different media outlets including but not limited to print, internet/web, social media, radio, and broadcast. Projects which may require multimedia services range from emergency/public health response to educational campaigns promoting County initiatives and increasing public awareness and understanding of safety issues. The goal is to communicate effectively with the diverse population of San Diego County regarding issues that impact the County.
