Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall provide & replace a gear reducer, fan shaft, fan assembly, electric motor, vibration switch and low oil switch on one Ceramic Cooling Tower. Contractor responsible for lock out/tag out of CT1 tower cell. Contractor shall remove fan assembly, drive shaft and discard off site. The contractor shall remove the existing motor and install a new one. Leave existing motor next to tower as a spare. Contractor shall remove existing gear reducer via crane and discard it off site. Contractor shall supply and install one new gear reducer including a new vibration switch / low oil switch via crane. The contractor shall supply and install one new drive shaft and new fan assembly.
