The work generally includes, but is not limited to, The Play Area and Mult-Use Skate Park construction involves demolition of existing pavement, walls, landscaping, earthwork, installation of new concrete, resilient surfacing, play equipment, fencing, site furnishings; concrete skate park; metal railing and other appurtenances involved with skate park construction; removal and replacement of existing Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) curb, sidewalk, and curb ramp; removal and replacement of existing asphalt concrete pavement; installation of a combination of asphalt concrete overlay and inlay;; removal and replacement of existing pavement striping and markers, traffic control, and other items that are required by the plans, standard specifications, or these Special Provisions.
