The City of Roseville is soliciting proposals for a spray applied liner of the 66-inch influent pipeline at the Dry Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant (DCWWTP) in conformance with the Contract Documents. Due to the critical nature and function of this section of the plant, the City is utilizing a competitive, best value process for the procurement of the Contractor for this project. The design is 100% complete. Contractor selection will be conducted utilizing this Request for Proposal (RFP), and a best value evaluation, followed by contract negotiations and the City’s contract award process. Qualified individuals, firms, contractors, consultants or entities that meet the requirements set forth in this RFP, and are capable of providing the services requested, are encouraged to participate.
