San Diego Regional Center has identified the need to create a compliant Enhanced Behavioral Support Home (EBSH) to serve 4 adults who are presently residing in Institutes for Mental Disease, Canyon Springs or in the community. The facility will be owned by a Housing Developer Ownership (HDO) and leased to a service provider who will be selected through this Request for Proposal (RFP) process. The service provider’s development team will work with the HDO and Regional Center staff to develop renovation designs for the physical plant structure to support the anticipated behavioral, physical, security and supervision needs of the individuals who will reside at the home. The home will have delayed egress and will be located in North County San Diego.
