The Vendor shall provide all labor, material and transportation necessary to complete the required services, in a workperson-like manner, and in accordance with all applicable City, County, State and Federal Codes, as well as the Local Fire Authority having jurisdiction. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing service and shall pay all costs, which shall be included in the billing rate. No separate charges for the preceding will be allowed nor paid by the District. All services shall be rendered as directed by the District Representative. The “Hourly Rate” bid in the Rate Schedule, Section IV, must be inclusive of the Scope of Work. Fire Watch Guard responsibilities and duties will include, but are not be limited to, the following: a. Report to specified District sites/locations for duty promptly. Patrol/Security Personnel will monitor for signs of crime and fire at District determined sites for the days and hours specified by the District. Patrol/Security Personnel attendant shall call the School Police Watch Commander’s office at (213) 625-6631, at the beginning of watch and end of watch each day. b. Patrol/Security Personnel shall have a cell phone in order to make immediate contact with the Fire Department, School Police and the Main Office.
