Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Project Scope consists of new mechanical system installation from exterior mechanical enclosures to new duct system in the primary theater. Exterior updates include site work with ADA path of travel, new electrical panels, new mechanical enclosures and replace existing roof over the primary theater. Interior scope to include patching and repairing existing finishes to facilitate new mechanical systems, ADA upgrades (including theater seating, chairlift accessible stairs to the theater stage) and to restroom serving the theater. The addition of acoustical treatments in the primary theater will be added. Contractor will procure and store the HVAC equipment until installation.
