Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Leisure Town Sewer Lift Station (LT SLS) is an existing sewer lift station located near the intersection of Leisure Town Road and Sequoia Drive in Vacaville, CA. City of Vacaville (City) Utilities Department is seeking a professional design and construction support services for the LT SLS and Sewer Force Main Expansion project (Project). The project expansion or upgrade will include increasing from 7 MGD of existing capacity to 15.0 MGD as per the current buildout modeled peak wet weather flow (PWWF). It shall also include but not limit to a new odor control system, electrical and instrumentation, landscaping, fencing, asphalt concrete paving, lighting, and site development. This project also includes constructing an approximately 3,300-LF of up to 24-inch sewer force main along Leisure Town Road (LTR) to provide necessary increased capacity to an existing sewer collection system.
