The scope of services will include all professional services required to migrate the on-premise Accela Envision Connect Environmental Health system to the Accela cloud Environmental Health system. The implementation will be for a one-year term for a fixed price based on the requirements identified in this scope of services. After the implementation is complete, the City intends to retain services for future enhancements. The City requires that the Vendor has previous experience migrating Accela Envision Connect to Accela Cloud and is fully aware of all aspects as practiced and administered in the state of California, including but not limited to the California Retail Food Code, California Swimming Pool and Spa construction and operation laws and regulations, California body art regulations, etc..
