Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project consists of two increments. Increment 1 will be for preconstruction services for the design and DSA approval of one modular library and tiered support office building at Walnut Heights Elementary School as well as tiered support office, classroom and toilet room modular buildings at Murwood Elementary School. Increment 2 will be for the manufacture and installation of the modular buildings. The modular building at Walnut Heights ES consists of one 2,400sf building with +-1,700sf of Library space and the remaining will be four Tiered Support office spaces. The modular buildings at Murwood ES consists of one 1,280sf Tiered Support building, one 1,440sf Kindergarten Classroom building, two 960sf Classroom buildings and one 576sf toilet room building.
