These positions are responsible for all Building and Safety Services, counter assistance, permitting and development activities, inspection, and public inquiries, including, but not limited to: A. Front counter support (City Hall) – Current City Hall hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; however, City Hall business hours are subject to change. The proposal shall include provisions for schedule change; subject to advanced and proper notice to the Consultant. B. Building inspection – Field hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday C. Building permits and plan check/processing. Current City Hall hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; however, City Hall business hours are subject to change. The proposal shall include provisions for schedule change subject to advanced and proper notice to the Consultant. D. Building Permit Plan Review Services; which include, but are not limited, to Building, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Green Codes, ADA accessibility, grading, drainage, civil (streets, sewer, water, recycled water, and gas).
