Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work necessary and incidental to the construction of the project known as SARATOGA VILLAGE PARKING DISTRICTS IMPROVEMENTS, according to drawings and specifications as prepared by SANDIS and according to the Contract Documents. The work to be done includes supply of all labor, methods or processes, implements, tools, machinery, equipment and materials to remove existing trash enclosures, install new covered trash enclosure, re-striping parking stalls, pavement rehabilitation (including AC overlay and micro-surface combination), install bio-retention system, remove trees, install separator stormwater treatment, rehabilitation of existing storm drain system, upgrade drainage inlets, install catch basin inserts, remove and replace parking lot lights, install 5 electric vehicle chargers (fast charger), install electrical transformers, utility connections to street, utility connections from new restroom, upgrade all the concrete flat work (concrete incidentals) (including ADA ramps, parking lot median curbs and gutters, pedestrian walkways), remove and replace ADA ramps and install new concrete sidewalk along 4th street at the entrances to Parking District #1A, remove and replace parking lot pavers along the 3rd street entrance, construct Big Basin Way Turnaround Traffic Improvements and other work not specifically mentioned herein, but which may be required as directed by CITY or its designated representative.
