Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Santa Maria (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for professional services to develop plans, specifications, and a project design/management team to construct the Santa Maria Sports Complex. A 19 acre +/- field sports park located at the intersections of Stowell Road and Depot Streets, running parallel to the Santa Maria Valley Railroad right of way. The project is funded with a combination of funds from the California State Department of Parks and Recreation, the County of Santa Barbara, and the City of Santa Maria. The facility will include four high school sized football/soccer fields, restrooms, a playground, snack bar, parking, and the necessary maintenance support facilities and infrastructure
