Submissions should include: One (1) original, two (2) hard copies, and one searchable pdf file less than 10mb in size on USB drive and the proposal shall be submitted to the following address: City of Santa Paula, City Clerk’s Office, 970 E. Ventura Street, Santa Paula, CA 93060. Proposals are due: Not later than 3:00 P.M. Thursday, February 20th, 2025, at the City Clerk’s office.
Requests for clarification are due by 4:00 P.M. on Thursday, February 13th, 2025, and shall be submitted in writing to Sarah Mathews at smathews@mknassociates.us.
Each respondent is responsible for fully acquainting themselves with all conditions, instructions, and requirements of this RFQ, that the respondent conducted such
additional site investigations as necessary, that the respondent is capable of providing the services requested by the City in a manner that meets City’s objectives and
requirements as outlined in this RFQ, and that respondent has reviewed and inspected all materials submitted in response to this RFQ..
